Week 3 Review

The review uses fewer positions than bootcamp but requires explanation. The student should be able to say what is aligned, what changes after the move, and what the opponent can do.

Training flow: 1. 3 explanation positions. 2. 8-position test. 3. 2 defensive-only positions. 4. Error classification. 5. Retest.

Common errors: Naming motif without line explanation. Ignoring best defense. Misreading pin legality. Not updating after exchange.

Mastery gate: 7/8 correct plus correct line explanation on six positions.

Review: If below target, repeat the weakest line family before Day 22.

Duration: 60–90 min
